WELL GOOD FRIDAY EVERYONE!

What a flourish day the Lord has given us! As we take this weekend to prepare for the cold we are also going to be preparing for something even greater that can only come from Our God!

And you all are going to be the first to hear the news!

We received a lovely message from our local tv station want to interview us and put the farm on tv! So tune in to WBRC November 20th at 9:25am to watch the farm on your big screens! Oh how good our God is!! This is all glory to God! I never could had made it this far with God, my family and everyone’s support! We are so excited! And a special thanks to Jhas for seeing our light and making this happen!

Did someone say Farm Fun Day? That’s right!! Come hang out with us on Saturday November 15th from 1:30pm- 3:30pm! We will celebrating all things that we’re grateful for! So come on out and enjoy the perfect day in the farm! please message us for our address

We also want to take a moment and offer up some spots for farm tours this holiday season. I know holidays can be hard on some and animals are a great way to “forget” all the hard things and just relax with God’s creations! Farm tours are $5 a person for 30-45 minute sessions. They can either be a full tour or simply just to sit out with the animals and enjoy some quiet time. We would love to share our farm with you this holiday season 🤍

And our last shirt order will be placed this Saturday! Please have all orders and money sent in so I can get the order sent out and shirts done just in time for the holidays!

Our God shot for this blog is something that I was reminded about from a sweet stranger from Mississippi last Saturday. Last Saturday our vice president Ries and myself went to a judgement house and afterwards a kind stranger from our group was so incredible. She didn’t know us but knew exactly what each of us we were struggling with. Things that we had only told each other or prayed so deeply to God to help us with. This kind stranger looked right at me and said “you gotta turn it off” and pointed to my head. “You got to lay it down at His feet and LEAVE IT at his feet. Don’t keep going back and picking it up”. You can’t tell me God wasn’t working through this kind lady that night. She prayed over me and told me to to keep following God’s path for me. That he had a purpose for my life. She did the same thing for Ries and we both felt a shift in our life and faith that night. We may never see this sweet soul on this earth again but that sweet lady changed my life. So, my thoughts for you and what I’ve gathered this week:

  • journal your thoughts. Put everything you want to tell God in a notebook. Date it. Write it all down, even if it’s a jumbled mess. But you ask, “Can God even read?” It’s not about if God can read but rather it’s more of organizing your thoughts and prayers out on paper. God sees you doing that and heard you as you are untangling your thoughts and emotions. When you are “forced” to actually sit still and organize your thoughts it helps you not only sort through them but also your giving God your full attention. And when you do get to a point where God gives you guidance or walks with you through what you write you can go back and highlight and say “my God got me through this” And yes some days it might be the tear stains on your paper is all you put down, but years are prayers too. God hears and sees them all.

  • Trust God. FULLY. Boy this was a hard truth to hear. “Do you FULLY trust God?” You can easily say yes I trust God but do you trust him fully to leave EVERYTHING at the foot of the cross. Let him have it. When you come back and constantly pick it back up to worry and stress and gather up all the “what ifs” you’re literally letting the devil win. You’re letting the devil enter to your thoughts, feelings, actions and even your day to day life. DONT LET HIM IN! Leave it fully at the cross, walk away, and state “I am fully putting my trust in you O God. In every aspect of my life. I give it all to you and the plans you have for me.” And let me tell you that’s a life changing sentence. Will we still fumble? Yes. But is God always there to pick us back up? YES!

  • Get into the small habits. Be excited about reading a chapter in your Bible every night. Be excited to read a devotional every morning. Be excited to write in your journal. We should be looking forward to these moments in our everyday life and not excited to go home and endless scroll on our phones. We all got to start somewhere, even if it’s a small step, but starting and staying consistent will help you grow in your spiritual life as well as discipline for your physical life too. These small steps will help you develop a stronger mindset too! It will change the way you think, act, respond, and go about your day. You’ll catch yourself smiling for no reason, you’ll catch yourself smiling and being kind without it being forced or fake, and you’ll start noticing all the little God winks. It’ll open your eyes to seeing a new perspective on this world and it will also help you to not only understand your thoughts but be able to be slower to react and be angry and also to notice and name that emotion. It’s all about making yourself accountable and being more present in YOUR day but also to everyone else. Bitter people DESPISES seeing you happier and not giving a rats tail. And that’s the power of our Lord and savior. Will it be like that everyday? No. But on those bad days it won’t be so bad to let that devil come in and try to steal your joy. You can still cry and be upset but knowing God has got your back makes it sting a little less.

  • Which brings me to my last point. Be like that lady was for us last Saturday. Be there for people, even if you don’t know there name. Shine a light everyday, spread some kindness, shed some sunshine in this dark world, and show people that you are there when they need you. Be ready to pray for someone even if you don’t know the circumstances. Be a light and make someone smile and make their day. It cost $0 to make someone’s day. Be a light and show some goodness today.

Well, that’s all from me this week guys! We cannot wait for our holiday events to come out as well as meeting so many new people out at the farm and even seeing some familiar friends!
